Welcome! I'm Vince Zabala (he/him), and I'm excited to share my story with you.

As a queer, Filipino American, and neurodiverse person, I bring my whole self to creating safe, supportive spaces where people can thrive. With 15 years in education and leadership development, both in the US and Southeast Asia, I've learned that real growth happens when we feel truly seen and supported.

During the pandemic, I found unexpected wisdom in growing plants. Slowing down and tending to them taught me valuable lessons about mindfulness and creating the right conditions for growth. This experience inspired Bambuhay (combining 'Bamboo' and 'Buhay', Filipino for 'Life').

Today, I blend leadership coaching with nature-inspired experiences. Whether it's building terrariums with teams or one-on-one coaching sessions, I love creating moments for people to pause, reflect, and grow together.​​
