What can I expect from our coaching sessions?
Our sessions are tailored to your needs, focusing on your goals and challenges. Expect a supportive, confidential environment where we'll explore your thoughts, set actionable goals, and develop strategies for growth. I'll ask thought-provoking questions, offer feedback, and provide tools to help you progress.

How long does a typical coaching engagement last?
The duration varies based on individual needs and goals. Typically, clients see significant progress within 3-6 months of regular sessions. We'll discuss the right timeframe for you during our initial consultation.

How often will we meet?
Most clients benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions, especially at the start. As you progress, we may adjust the frequency. We'll determine the best schedule for you based on your goals and availability.

Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. I maintain strict confidentiality about all aspects of our coaching relationship, adhering to the ICF Code of Ethics. The only exceptions are if required by law or if you give explicit permission to share information.

How is coaching different from therapy?
While both can be valuable, coaching focuses on present challenges and future goals, not past issues. We work on personal or professional development, setting and achieving specific objectives. Therapy, on the other hand, often deals with healing past traumas or managing mental health conditions.

​How do we measure progress in coaching?
We'll establish clear, measurable goals at the outset. Throughout our engagement, we'll regularly review these goals, track your progress, and adjust as needed. I also encourage clients to keep a journal of insights and achievements.

What if I need to reschedule a session?
I understand that life can be unpredictable. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. If you provide this notice, we'll find another suitable time at no additional cost.​
